Daily Responsibilities:

- Processing online orders from receipt to packing and dispatching.
- Providing customer service in-store, through online live chat, phone answering, and via email.
- Ensuring the store is tidy and presentable.
- Managing inventory.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in online shopping platforms and operations and/or has worked in a pick/pack environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for ensuring accurate systems data entry.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Proficient in administration tasks.
- Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

We offer a total remuneration package ranging from $56,000 to $60,000 plus 11% Superannuation.
